How Does the Free Home or Office Delivery Work?

Signing up for free home or office delivery is easy. Just use the link below and head to our portal. You can also phone our shop and speak with the owners to create your account - (207) 883-9188. Feel free to text your request for service to our dedicated line at (207) 298-7146.

Get a route assignment based on your location. Routes are Tuesday-Tuesday or Thursday-Thursday based on your location. You can always have us pickup your order, and request a different date for pickup at the shop!*

Wait for your text reminder the afternoon before your pickup/delivery. Your phone will receive a text asking if you need us to stop by for a pickup OR letting you know your order is ready to head your way!

Picking up is easy. You just put out your bag (or a plain, disposable bag, if it is your first pickup) and our driver brings it to our shop for top-quality care. Special notes and messages are always welcome and followed to the letter!

Returns are just as easy as pickups. You get flawlessly laundered or dry cleaned items returned on your assigned route day. You get a custom, bar-coded bag with every order; allowing you to always keep your items ready and sorted!

  • We currently provide full service to Scarborough, Cape Elizabeth, South Portland, Falmouth Foreside, Yarmouth, Cumberland, Saco and Portland. We also pay visits to a large portion of Gorham as well as Buxton. Coming soon…Kennebunk and Kennebunkport.

  • We are glad to pickup anything you would normally bring to our store. This means dry cleaning items, wash/dry/fold orders, household items, oversized items, and even wedding or formal items.

  • No! We are glad to deliver anything to a designated location at your home or office. We can accommodate almost any need!

  • We use an encrypted system that allows our clients to securely leave a credit card on file. Orders are charged before delivery, and no additional fees are added to delivery and pickup orders. We accept all major cards and also take mobile payments at our store.

  • Yes! 100% of the work is done by Travis and Toby Bartlett. This means every item passes through an owners’ hands and is scrutinized for quality. Nothing leaves the shop to be cleaned and pressed, since everything is done on our eco-friendly, modern and tidy premises.

  • Unfortunately, we offer only Tues-Tues and Thurs-Thurs services. Your date depends on your location. You can, however, sign-up for or get in touch to arrange service at any time.

  • Customer satisfaction is a top priority and if there are any issues or concerns about an order, we do everything possible to quickly resolve the problem. Our high ratings on Google and Yelp, as well as our award-winning position in the industry is evidence of our dedication to customers and quality work.

  • We anticipate the release of our app, which is meant to serve as an alternative to our web-based portal, in early 2024.
